Refund policy

Tavazi is hotel management software, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Nothing physical is delivered: the account opens online right after sign-up, and the service works in a web browser.

Every plan is free for 30 days. When you bind a card, ₾1 is held to check it and returned at once. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.

You can cancel the subscription at any time in the account settings, in two presses, or by writing to us. It stops at the end of the period already paid for. Until then everything works, and nothing more is charged.

A period already paid for is not refunded when you cancel. We refund in full a payment made twice or charged by mistake. If you leave because of our breach, a change to the price or a change to the Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Write to us or call us. We answer within 5 working days and make an approved refund within 14 days. A card payment is returned through Flitt to the same card. When it appears on your account depends on your bank. A bank transfer is returned to the account it came from.

Tavazi does not take guests' payments for rooms. A guest who paid a hotel asks that hotel for a refund, under the hotel's own cancellation terms.
