- Rooms are grouped by type. The colour of the dot tells you whether a room is clean, needs cleaning or has already been inspected.
- Each bar is one booking. The guest’s name is written on it, and a mark shows where the booking came from.
- Under today’s date you can see how many rooms are free. The program will not let the last room be sold twice.
- A guest has booked a room directly on your page. The booking went into the calendar by itself; nobody typed it in.
Your own booking page
Guests book rooms directly with you.
They can do it at three in the morning, while everyone at the hotel is asleep. In the morning the booking is already waiting in your calendar.

A booking engine that takes no commission.
Your hotel gets its own booking page, with its logo and colour. Its address will look like book.tavazi.ge/your-hotel.
The guest pays at the hotel or, if you connect Flitt, in advance by card. Flitt is TBC Group’s payment company, and card payments go straight to the hotel’s account.

VAT is added to the 18% commission: for a hotel not registered for VAT, it comes to 21.2%. On card payments, Flitt’s fee is deducted separately.
Every booking has its own bill.
Each night is added to the bill by itself when the day closes. The invoice is in Georgian and in lari, numbered in order, the way your accountant needs it.

Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb
Calendar links already connect Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo: their bookings appear in your calendar by themselves. Prices through Channex — on Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb — go live once Channex certifies Tavazi.
The price follows the number of rooms.
Yearly, ₾65 a month and ₾4 per room; monthly, ₾72 and ₾4.40. That is the final price in lari, with no VAT added. The first 30 days are free.
