    The final price, in lari. We are not registered for VAT, so nothing is added to it. There are no hidden fees.

    Data is stored in Germany. A backup is made every day, and guests’ documents are encrypted.

How billing works

  • 30 days free on any plan. Then you pay each invoice by bank transfer.
  • We issue the invoice at the start of each period, in lari: every month on monthly billing, once a year on yearly billing. You have 14 days to pay it.
  • On yearly billing you pay for twelve months in one invoice, about a tenth less than month by month.
  • You can move between monthly and yearly billing at any time in the settings. The change applies from the next invoice.
  • Rooms and apartments count the same, and a bed in a shared room counts as a quarter. Parking, meeting rooms and extra services never count.
  • Rooms you add or remove are counted on the next invoice. You can change your plan at any time.
  • Closed for the season? Sleep mode costs a quarter of a normal month, between ₾9 and ₾29.
  • A late payment deletes nothing. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, the account becomes read-only until it is paid. Export keeps working.
  • We tell you in writing 30 days before your price changes. If you do not agree, you can leave at no cost.
  • The price is final. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
  • An owner’s third hotel, and every one after it, costs 20% less.
